The Kronos Map
Kronos is PUBG Mobile's first purpose-built futuristic map. Set on a near-future island where a tech conglomerate's experiment has gone catastrophically wrong, the map features vertical combat zones, underground transit tunnels, and a rotating storm pattern that changes direction at mid-game.
New Mechanics
Exo-Drones — deployable scouts that provide real-time audio and visual intelligence on a 100m radius. Limited to one per squad, they change the information-gathering meta significantly.
Kinetic Armour — a new armour tier above Level 3 that absorbs the first 60 damage from any source before breaking. Extremely rare loot-box drop.
Magnetic Grapple — replaces the zipline in vertical zones. Lets you attach to any metal surface and swing up to 30 metres.
Ranked Season Reset
All ranked positions reset at Season start. The new season runs 14 weeks with three mid-season ranked snapshots that lock in cosmetic rewards progressively.
