Rockstar Games has officially confirmed that GTA VI will launch on May 26, 2026. The game will be available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S at launch, with a PC release window set for Q4 2026.
Setting and Story
GTA VI returns to Vice City — a reimagined, expanded version of the iconic Miami-inspired setting from GTA: Vice City. Players will control two protagonists: Lucia, a former getaway driver just released from prison, and Jason, a local hustler trying to build an empire in the criminal underworld.
The open world is described as the largest in Rockstar history, spanning multiple cities, swamplands, and coastal regions across a fictionalized version of Florida.
