The Natlan Story Conclusion
Version 5.5 delivers the second half of the Natlan Archon Quest, and it earns its reputation as the most emotionally powerful story content in the game's history. The conclusion of the Pyro Archon's arc is genuinely heartbreaking in a way that recontextualises everything from the first half.
New Characters
Mualani (5-star Hydro) — the first surfboard-based character, with a fast-paced kit built around Hydro application and movement. Great for exploration, viable for combat with the right team.
Xilonen (5-star Geo) — the game's new premier support, capable of providing up to 60% all-element resistance shred. Transformative for Geo and Hydro teams.
New Region: The Ocelot Circuit
A racing-circuit inspired area in southern Natlan with speed trial challenges, unique local monsters, and one of the best world quest chains in the game (roughly six hours of content).
Events
The version 5.5 event calendar includes the Tribal Hunters speed tournament, a collaborative Genius Invokation TCG championship, and the return of the Golden Apple Archipelago for a two-week summer event.
